Description

Our service / maintenance package includes:

• 24/7/365 service line for breakdowns or deployments. The service technician will resolve the problem within 24 hours or provide you with a loan AED.
• After deployment or a malfunction report, the service technician will make the AED ready for use on-site within 24 hours at the latest. If necessary, a temporary replacement AED will be installed.
• Annual on-site inspection (including any cabinet), during which a new battery and electrode are installed immediately. Includes curing report.
• Shock test to determine whether the AED correctly recognizes cardiac arrhythmias and delivers sufficient energy.
• Free replacement parts when they are about to expire.
• Free readout of the AED after use. With our unique ECG wristband, we ensure that the data is quickly available to the hospital.
• Insurance of the AED against theft, damage, or loss (in accordance with terms and conditions).
• Management and registration in the 112 call system HARTSLAGNU.
