As an NRR-certified instructor, I provide CPR and AED training according to the most current guidelines and techniques . No theory for the sake of theory, but doing what matters: acting when it counts .
The training sessions are practical, hands-on, and realistic , so that every participant knows with confidence what to do in an emergency situation. We cover, among other things, CPR, the correct use of an AED, and acting effectively in various acute situations. Clear, focused, and without unnecessary detours.
The training takes place on location , which ensures flexibility and an accessible approach. Upon successful completion, you will receive an official NRR certificate as proof of your skills in CPR and AED use.

What is an AED

CPR is easy to learn and invaluable when every second counts. By being prepared, you significantly increase your chances of survival and know exactly what to do when it comes down to it.

What you can expect:
- Basic or refresher course , both last 3 hours
- Practical training : You learn how to effectively perform CPR and use an AED.
- Building self-confidence : After the course, you will know exactly what to do in an emergency situation.
